Just a little bit about us.

Here at East Midlands Vapour Blasting, we strive to get the components as clean as they came out of the factory, using our selection of machinery to do so. The services that we provide include, but aren't limited to; vapour blasting, sandblasting, paint stripping, degreasing, and ultrasonic cleaning. We use our equipment mainly to clean components for the automotive industry our equipment can be used to clean any parts. the only restriction we have is the size of our cabinets and tanks. We can clean a variety of different materials ranging from ferrous and non-ferrous metals to plastics and rubber.

How the process works:
During the client's initial phone call, we'll gather essential information from the client such as a rough guide of what components require cleaning, we then ask what kind of finish the customer wishes to achieve and also whether the component(s) have paint or powder coat already applied. From this information we can determine what processes the components have to go through to get the desired finish. We then ring the client back with the rough price. the client then can decide to bring the parts to us or ship them to us. After we have received the parts we can review the price (usually it's the same as what we gave the client over the phone) but if there are any amendments to be made we will contact the client with the reviewed price. From there we will degrease or paint strip the components prior to blasting or ultrasonic cleaning. We then clean the components using the desired method.
Once the components are cleaned we will call the client to notify them that their components are finished and they are free to come and collect them or if they want them posted back to them.
If the client wants them delivered, then we will wrap the components individually in bubble wrap to protect them, box them up and ship them back to the client with tracked delivery to avoid any loss of components.
